One user can't do every key, they can do 5 max, and after the 5th key, they need permission from me 3b. One project can have up to 5 keys, but after the 5th key, that will now be 1 key per project 3c. My alt account (@iamalsocheese48374) can occupy as many keys as it can 4. Title must be either (key) as (design), (key) (design in parentheses), or anything that includes both the key and the design 5. You can't occupy a key that is already occupied If you don't follow these rules, I won't accept your design.
