Now that all of Aragon's major cities has fallen, only minor ones are left, at this point our enemies morale is most likely broken and their defences shattered, we will just use mechanised units and some infantry to drive to Teruel and Huesca, and threaten to seige them both if they dont surrender, having seen the collapse of their countries major cities, they would give in, and finally victory is declared, the rest of the nations army would just begin driving through the countryside and telling villages and towns the wars over and their under new administration. for now Aragon is placed under military governance, and large scale operations to clear away Jacobinists begins, reconstruction programmes would commence as soon as land is redistributed and industries are given to the Consorcis, then, projects would start, houses, buildings, roads, railways, bridges and other things would be restored and renovated, electrification would go underway, and work to restore clean water would begin, schools would be rebuilt and local businesses somewhat compensated for damages, the local spanish identity is allowed to continue however Catalan is heavily encouraged but not completely forced on (for example, spanish is taught in schools alongside Catalan in Aragon, and signs are in Catalan and Spanish), once basic infrastructure is restored, industrialisation will begin, and also the modernisation of the farming and mining industries, a system for citizenship will be set up for Aragonese people, allowing them to become Catalonian relatively simply as long as there not Jacobinists, are loyal and have at least some fluency in Catalan. a plan for a military withdrawal, provincial and full citizenship for all aragonese, whether or not they have reached the above requirements, is created and to be implemented in the next 10-15 years.
