Bob B. Balloonson (yes that's his full name), also know as "Bob The Balloon" or just simply "Bob", is one of many family members of the Balloonson family. he is a normally pretty chill guy, who attempts his best to bring light to most situations and cheer up others who are extremely sad, although this often backfires into him being found "annoying" by some and "bareable" by others, although some people (such as Fred, jimmy, and a few other Balloonson family member) aren't so harsh to him and know that he means well. he is also extremely gullible, if you'd believe it, and his happiness often makes him fail to understand the gravity of a situation.
