(before any of you ask, no, since this is my countries, I make the parties , i am not including any of your parties ) congratulations on the conservative party winning the most seats in the duma election. if you remember , the duma is the place where a bill is introduced and is voted on if it can move on from the duma to the president , the duma is the first place for a bill to be to become a law. there are 200 seats , with each seat representing 0.5% of the population of the RFKK. although the duma building is not finished , the duma exists, which you may ask "then where do they make laws" the answer is in the former parliment building of the united republic of kurslavia (which got overthrown by the military and created the NKF, lead by Athanasius (later aphansius) zolotoyni).
