~~~+~~~+~~~+~~~ +Hi!! My name is Wiatt (but you can also call me Ridley) and I've been a member on gaehive since around February of 2025. My timezone is PST/PT. I use They/He/Xe/It pronouns and I enjoy multiple different webseries but my current favorite is Welcome to Dreamworld by Rainbott (so sad and happy for the finale in August). + I'm around 14-16 and I'd be on from around 9:00 to 1:35 pm for sure. Any earlier or later is by choice and I will definitely be more active on days I have play rehearsals and the actual play itself. ~~~+~~~+~~~+~~~ + I would be a good manager because I already have experience in this position offsite where I was a moderator. I can also easily spot trolls and spammers. I usually also have a habit of ignoring and reporting spammers when they appear in the hive. + sometimes I may misunderstand situations and may not take things seriously. I can also misinterpret things at times if I don't have much ways of knowing the tone of the message. + I can bring a view of understanding to hive members who may not be so fortunate to come out to family and/or friends as I too have experienced that. ~~~+~~~+~~~+~~~ + if I were promoted, I would improve Gaehive by bringing in positivity and a place where people can speak of their worries and troubles even outside of the hive. + I believe being a manager of Gaehive means bringing security and support to the hive and its members. I also believe it's a manager's job to ensure that the hive is safe from trolls and spam as much as possible. I view managers of the Gaehive as people who make mistakes but try their hardest to ensure that Gaehive is safe, respectful, and fun for all. ~~~+~~~+~~~+~~~ + I believe @raerae_therose is great for the manager position as she has passion and has spread positivity and is quite active. +I also believe @crryptid is a good fit since he seems to have the right ideas in mind and interacting with him, although it was brief, was a pleasant experience that I look up to with a smile. ~~~+~~~+~~~+~~~
