Bio: Gordon is the North western Railways 4th official purchase. He was a gift to the Fat controller from Sir Nigel Gresley, asking him to test out his newest design, Gordon was and has proven to be a major success in design. his design would later inspire the LNER A2s, A3s, and A4s. Gordon, though a bit pompous at times, is a very kind and caring engine. His main duty is the Express trains, but on occasion he has to help out Henry and James with the mainline goods, which he is very good at. For a long time, he didn't like pulling trucks, but once he did it a time or two, he found the trucks are often not very troublesome when you are nice to them, and he and the trucks have a mutual respect for each other. Gordon is one of, if not the fastest engine on the Sodor fleet.
