So i saw some peeps doing this and i thought i might try 1 comment- 1 sip of water 1 heart- 1 nice thing I say abt myself 1 star- 1 small exercise (jumping jacks, sit-ups, squats) 1 remix- 10 small exercises, 5 sips, 1 nice thing abt myself
So far I´ve done... 31 sips 14 nice things 36 exercises UPDATE! Im stopping this for 1 week bcs i have some things going on!
