(UPDATE ON THE UPDATE: Im just gonna redo it, you can stop giving suggestions now QwQ) (I know it's a lot but please read all of it, I need help) So as I work on Dreamscaped (my animated pilot episode in the works), I've been trying to make the entire thing fully animated and colored. It's obviously taking forever, but I've still been able to get along decently well. I've also been having an okay time putting together all the voice lines and might start working on the second episode's script soon. However, today I realized a problem I haven't thought about until now. So I'm animating the episode in Flipaclip, right? Well, I kinda forgot that I'm gonna have to export every single individual frame into Scratch when I'm done. I I don't know exactly how long the full episode will be yet, but I haven't even finished the first two minutes of the pilot and it already has over 700 frames. And when I export animation frames into Scratch, I then have to reconstruct the timing of when each frame changes with the wait and costume change blocks. I think I've underestimated how big of a project this is actually going to be. I've been considering maybe only using some of the frames I've drawn and make it more like a comic dub, but the problem is that I've already fully animated and colored a decent amount of the episode, and I would be wasting a lot of the art I already drew for it. I also don't know how to export individual FlipaClip frames without just exporting the entire animation. So, what do you guys think I should do? I've actually been considering starting over and re-drawing what I've already done in a more comic-esque format, because it would probably fix a lot of my problems, but at the same time, I've already put a lot of work into what I've already animated. I need answers TnT Also unrelated update: I have learned I'm really bad at trying to compose my own music tracks and lack a lot of stuff required to do that. (All I have is GarageBand, a kalimba, and an out-of-tune harmonica, none of which I really know how to use.) So if there is anyone willing to help me out with the show's background music, please reach out to me and I'll consider holding auditions for that! :) Also, if any of the cast members are reading this, hiiiii :3 Sorry I'm taking forever, I'll give you guys something else to do soon XD (UPDATE ON THE UPDATE: So im thinking I’ll probably just keep making the animation the way I have been, and maybe put it on YT and just put the link on a project, but I run into another problem by doing that. All the voice lines are in Scratch, and I can’t really export them into anything else—at least i don’t think so. Keeping the animation the way it is would make it a lot more difficult to put the voice lines in and sync it with the recordings. If you have any tips for that, lemme know.)
