We'd use hit and run tactics, marines using buildings to peek a boo attack, shooting and running away. We'd send in tanks, to deal with your tanks meeting them on the street, we'd take over the port and use it as the main capture and logistics point. We'd use aircraft to take down blimps and your out of range war machine, sending them high to dive bomb and run back to the aircraft carrier.
