Skip their lore if you’re sensitive to those. (That list makes it seem like the lore is really inappropriate </33 I don’t go into much detail on any of the topics listed above, they’re just mentioned a few times. It’s not as bad as it seems ;-;) • For Eden, Wren and Marissa, they’re all part of the same universe/story or whatever, so I just write the lore focusing on what they personally know about the situation. — Eden Devereaux Eden Devereaux is a 16 year old lesbian (she/her) who killed her twin brother, Wren Devereaux, on the way to a party she invited him to attend with her. Eden has a strong interest in drawing and photography, and she likes wearing pink, cutesy outfits. She’s popular at school and acts outgoing and eccentric, but she can turn cold and bitter when she feels overlooked. Growing up, she slowly became jealous of Wren because he received more attention from both family and school due to his delinquent reputation, while she felt ignored. When Marissa Vale, Wren’s close friend, moved in with them, Eden became quietly fixated on her and developed a crush, but always acted indifferent around her. When she noticed how close Marissa and Wren were, it intensified her resentment towards Wren, making her feel like it was “taking” the one person she wanted attention from too. She planned to get rid of him during the trip to a party she had invited it to, then told everyone they got separated on the way and he never showed at the meeting point. He was never found, and she was never caught. Afterwards, it doesn’t leave her - she’s constantly haunted by it, with intrusive thoughts, waves of guilt, and the feeling that she can’t escape what she did. She avoids anything tied to him, but it keeps resurfacing no matter how much she tries to avoid it, like it will haunt her for the rest of her life. — Wren Devereaux Wren Devereaux was a pansexual 16 year old boy (he/it) who was murdered by his twin sister, Eden Devereaux, on the way to a party she invited it to attend with her. Wren came off as cold and aggressive to most people due to being a delinquent, but he was loyal, protective, and far more thoughtful than he seemed. He didn’t have any specific interests, and was still trying to find what truly interested him. His closest friend was Marissa Vale, a trans girl he befriended at 11. She was bullied for vitiligo, and Wren consistently defended her. He also cared deeply for his sister Eden, though their relationship slowly turned strained as she became bitter for reasons he never understood. ⚘ Continued below ⚘
⚘ Original Characters – continued ⚘ — Marissa Vale Marissa Vale is a straight 16-year-old trans girl (she/her) with vitiligo, something she was bullied for growing up but now just sees as part of her. She’s generally outgoing and friendly, a bit sharp when pushed, and doesn’t easily let things go. Hockey and fashion are her main interests. She made most of her clothes herself. She grew up with bullying, a cold home after her mother died, and a distant father who took his resentment out on her. In her early teens she realized she’s a trans girl and started slowly transitioning. Wren Devereaux, her best friend, supported her fully after she came out to him, and she later moved in with it, his twin sister Eden who was bitter and cold towards Wren, and its grandparents after her father confronted her and she had a fight with him about her identity. Eden seemed disinterested in her, so she stayed away from her, but she always had a strange feeling that Eden was watching her. One night, Wren’s twin sister Eden invited him to go to a party with her while Marissa stayed behind. He never came back, and Eden said they got separated. After a few days, Wren was unfortunately found deceased, and the reason why was never discovered. The lack of answers left Marissa stuck between numbness and anger for a long time. Now she’s mostly stable again, but still living with that unresolved loss. — Winnie Calloway Winnie Calloway is my old sona, a quoiromantic 16-year-old elf (she/they) who is quiet, shy, and reserved. She has a strong love for plants and nature, often finding more comfort in their quiet presence than in people - plants don’t judge, and they’re excellent listeners. Naturally introverted, Winnie tends to keep to herself and can feel anxious in social situations, preferring solitude in places like forests, libraries, or her room. She finds stability in routine.
