How to control Mr Flat-head: W key to go UP, S key to go DOWN and D key to Duck. Try to dodge the tank bullets and the normal bullets. Tank bullets deal 5 damage every second and normal bullets deal 3 damage and med kits heal 5 hp but false med kits deal 5 damage but do not touch the red lines as that will deal damage.
