After hearing that Spania was preparing for war with us, and we only had two weeks, the nation would enter a state of national emergency. Firstly, reservists across every branch of the armed forces would be called up (400,000 reservists in total would begin to be mobilised), due to the lack of time for preparation, the process to bring them back into the army would be incredibly rushed and far less than planned initially could be brought in, after this, training would begin en masse, these reservists would spend most of their days training, and also helping regular soldiers construct basic fortifications to just help with spotting enemy offensives and providing cover rather than large scale bunkers, the nation would adopt a military policy of elastic defence, rigging bombs around railways, roads, bridges and anything useful in general, defence lines would be designed in a way to funnel Spanian troops into zones that our army can easily attack from, or if we are pushed back there is a line behind them to defend from, there are also defence lines based around specific cities to try insure they dont fall too. the nations anti air defences would be placed on high alert, and the air force would begin conducting patrols constantly, the navy would also set up defensive perimeter around ports. Makeshift bomb shelters are also constructed, and towns and cities begin regular air raid drills to prepare the populace. Food and medical supplies are stockpiled, and the nation will also heavily accelerate arms production, signing new deals with Adratica Arms to produce equipment.
