Big Ben > Created by @CelestialPuff After going on a trip to London, I really wanted to recreate Big Ben and I thought why not use my pen clock? So I did! This is the result and I'm pretty happy with it, even though it looks kind of messy and rushed :P The clock and background should update depending on your local time :) See if you can hear the chimes at every 15 minute interval (and on the hour)! Here are some facts about the Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben): > The Tower was originally named 'The Clock Tower' when it was built in 1859 and was renamed to Victoria Tower on Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee (1897) and renamed for Queen Elizabeth in a similar fashion in 2012 > It was designed by Augustus Pugin and took from 1843 to 1859 as a part of a new Westminster Palace after the 700-800 year old Westminster Palace was almost completely destroyed by a fire This project was really fun to make as it challenged my maths and visual skills and also helped me to practise using pen with python :D If you want a higher graphic quality, use Turbowrap: https://turbowarp.org/1314709982?hqpen Please remix!
