Under orders from President Samir Haddou, 24,000 troops from the 3rd, 12th, 5th, and 7th brigades under General Rami al‑Fahd were ordered to the Zerhan–Zerqash border, near the disputed territory. It's expected to cost $180 million to $300 million for this operation. President Haddou has ordered, "This is to be quick." Some military leaders are scared of what Gen. Rami al‑Fahd might do, as during the Tribal Civil Wars in the mid-1900s, it's said he may have been very brutal and caused the most damage under his orders.
