It's just a Brancasaurus Brancai with the color scheme of the "Lucy" animatronic and some sails. Obviously, you can't see it because Loch Ness is dark, murky, green, and has lots of fish, eels, and frogs. I chose Brancasaurus because it's the plesiosaur with the closest resembles to modern Nessie descriptions, minus the neck. Honestly, the Lock Ness monster's descriptions are more consistent with sauropod dinosaurs than they are to plesiosaurs. Neck, head shape, size.
