Sorry it is Bitmap and not Vector, but i REALLY DO NOT WITHSTAND VECTOR MECHANICS... THE VECTOR IS JUST TOO ANNOYING AND OO STRANGE AND WEIRD!! I hope Scratch 4.0 will have the Vector mode improved to work some-like the Bitmap, and have more, but WAY MORE cool mechanics and stuff like Poligon shape which allows you to draw any-- i mean like how the Poligon shape in the PC app Paint works.
