Silifians have been observed in five different sectors of the monster world. This, the woods of tranquility, is the fourth. This sector lies in, well...I'm sure you can guess. The forest! It's proximity to The Bunker is close enough to the point where we almost considered them the /same/ sector. Of course, /she/...heavily advised against that, with the added threat of violence, so y'know what? Whole different place! Perhaps that's for the better, as this sector of Silifians appears to be a lot calmer than our previous one. You'll find nothing but beautiful scenery around this place, and flowers as far as the eye can see! You won't find a single bad apple in /this/ bunch! And if you do, The Mother of The Forest have them removed swiftly! And painlessly! You may think it a bit unnecessary, but if you knew what this place was like /before/ she arrived... I'm sure you'd agree. Single elementals: Frog Jim (and that guy hiding in a log) Element(s): Forest Name origins: Frog (frog) + Jim (jim) Bio: Once upon a time, there was a frog. Named Frog Jim. Frog Jim wanted to find a log to make his home in, and he found one that looked pretty snazzy. He made a small home on top of it, without discovering it was already occupied. Even as a creature who's specific purpose is to eat frogs, that guy hiding inside a log is very bad at it. He tried to scare Frog Jim away by shouting, and even knocking at the top of the log! But it's...not working very well. Does Frog Jim have hearing difficulties? Or is he simply unbothered by the world's many cruelties? The answer is unknown. Frog Jim and that guy hiding inside a log used to spend their existence in a slight mutual contempt, but after the incident at Apocalyptic Isle, they seem to have grown a better appreciation for each other! Aelpris Element(s): Pigment Name origins: angel + prism (mixed up) Bio: Though you'll probably hear it from her yourself, Aelpris was once the princess of Cloudtopia! Next in line for the throne, and on top of the world! So, what happened? How did she end up here? Well, she...ran with the wrong crowd, let's just say. Not everything up there is sunshine and rainbows (no pun intended), and the princess slowly became a part of that issue herself. Stealing, violence, vandalism...you name it! No major crimes, of course, but over time things begin to stack up to a dangerous degree. /Two/ defamed princesses? Now, that was a story the people couldn't resist! Soon, rumors spread like wildfire, and the once beloved princess's reputation began to grow to an all time low...So what else could the king do? Word of exile began to reach the princess, and in a fit of rage, she decided to confront her father herself. Ever patient, the king attempted to deal with the issue with kindness, but kindness was the /last/ thing on Aelpris's mind! In an unexpected turn for the worse, the king was gravely injured, and things seemed over for him...until he landed one lucky hit. That /one lucky hit/, however, was a lot powerful than he'd intended. Aelpris was knocked off the very side of Cloudtopia, quickly tumbling to the ground with no way out...It seemed quite a fitting end, for such a tragic story, but fate had other plans. Now, Aelpris resides in the Woods of Tranquility, and perhaps for the better! All thoughts of violence or sadness have seemed to leave her mind almost overnight, with no proof of their presence left behind! Now, it seems she all she can /be/ is happy, but isn't that great? You can't hurt people when all you can do is smile! Stricidae Element(s): Insect Name origins: string + formicidae (the scientific name for ants) Bio: Unlike our previous two monsters, Stricidae doesn't have a sad story at all! Actually, it's rather quite boring, but you might not want to tell him that. Stricidae was born along with his 38 siblings, in a small anthill in the ground. From a young age, he'd always been an aspiring musician, building small instruments from whatever he could find laying around in the grass. And as he finally began to grow up (which, to be fair, was only about six weeks later), that dream began to slowly come true! The musical fellow built himself a full-sized instrument, out of only stone and vines, and set off out into the world! He traveled the world for a while, until he could find a nice place to settle down. Now, Stricidae resides here, playing a jovial tune to all those who wish to listen! Pitariak Element(s): Stone Name origins: I just made stuff up tbh Bio: If anything, Pitariak could be described as...quite a grumpy fellow. Those rocks are certainly /not/ just a way to make music, as I've quickly discovered! Though the strange blue energy around them /can/ make a lovely sound, it can also be used to throw those rocks he's smashing together directly at your cranium! Yikes! (+)
big blue bubble (+ Pitariak's bio continued below!!) --- Because of his violent tendencies, Pitariak has been declared as The Mother of The Forest's /least/ favorite monster, though he is very well aware of that fact. Seriously! The residents of this land throw a 'Pitariak Sucks' festival every single day, by her command! You'd think it a real sad thing, but he doesn't seem to mind much. Or maybe he's just unphased, at this point. I'd almost feel sorry for the guy, if he'd stop hurling rocks at my head! I'm hiding behind a bush /right now/! I'm a bit worried, but...I don't think he can move very fast. Hopefully.
