To get this in Sonic CD, First, you nedd to input this in the title screen "down down down left right A." (for computers, down down down left right s key.") Next, you will be in the sound test. Then, put these numbers in the sound test "46, 12, and 25." Finally, press start and you will have the Majin Sonic screen.
