HOW TO BE RANK ___________________________ When you offer to increase or join the Scratch Tiers, you first need to contact a staff member for placements. Next, once a staff member has responded, they would find a person in your rank, or lowered level scratcher (if new to the Tiers), they will tell need acceptances from the competitors to the match. Then, both scratchers would have 2-3 weeks to create a game, animation, music, art, etc. The judges would vote on a 40 point system on the project.
