Vince is a he/him shiny Sylveon that is a little bit self centered and wants to be loved considering he had an identity crisis at a young age because no one knew what a Sylveon was so they laughed and teased him but since Umbreon seemed popular he gave himself a moon fragment hoping to look like Umbreon and be loved.
