----------------------------- (☆) ----------------------------- Hi my beautiful and amazing and wonderful followers, for my 200 follower special, I wanted to share something I’ve been working on that’s really important to me: a manga project I’m creating at school with a friend. (@Thin_Mint19 - ilysm bestieeeeeeeeeee) ----------------------------- (☆) ----------------------------- This isn’t just something I’m doing alone — it’s a full collaboration. I came up with the overall storyline, character ideas, and I’m also responsible for drawing all the illustrations and panels. I basically handle how the story looks and flows visually, from scene to scene. My partner (I’m calling her “Minty” XD) works on the dialogue for the characters. She comes up with what everyone says, making sure each character has their own personality. After that, we sit down together, go through everything, and decide if the dialogue and scenes actually fit the story. If something doesn’t feel right, we adjust it until it works. ----------------------------- (☆) ----------------------------- It’s been a really fun process because it feels like we’re building something together step by step. Sometimes I’ll change a scene based on the dialogue she writes, and sometimes she’ll tweak her lines based on how I’ve drawn the characters or how the moment feels visually. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, but that’s what makes it better. ----------------------------- (☆) ----------------------------- Even though it started as just a think for funzies, it’s become something I actually care about a lot. It’s rlly fun (we started working on it on Thursday, I came up w/ the storyline on Wednesday) So yeah, this is a little peek into what I’ve been working on behind the scenes.
