Basically, the kid, Zar, is a Faelex. Yes yes, "The Faelex are literally ki//ing the Daloxes!? Why is Latte there!?" Well, the kid was a spy, and Late found him out almost immediately, and practically adopted him. They grew close, and the kid was a part of the unit's family at this point. However, this love was short lived, as he died during a unit raid by the Faelex army. A slow death :). But yeah, Latte blames herself, and she will never forgive herself.
