INFO - - - This is an analogue horror-esque found footage animated series I wanna make! The characters will suffer horrifically jsyk. Also like everyone in this is queer! I'm hopefullyyyy gonna see about getting some additional writers/animators? Idk yet tho. If u don't get a part I'll prolly keep u as a bg va! Also those able to do sfx are greatly appreciated. PREFERENCES - - - Please, please have a decent mic or at least be able to make your audio not sound awful!! I’d appreciate if you could be on top of your lines were you to get the part, as opposed to waiting like a month to record. Out of personal preference, I’d like it if you avoided auditioning if you are under the age of 13. Guys please be able to sound emotional. This kinda depends on it. Please don't audition if you're not okay with your character getting injured/dying or being in a queer relationship! RULES - - - I won’t have a set deadline, that’s a bit too stressful for me. I’ll accept whomever I want whenever I want, though I’ll try to let multiple people audition for a part (if it gets enough attention) before I close it. Remix is preferred for this, but I completely understand if you feel uncomfortable doing so due to the recent hacker event. If you want, you can just link a project of yourself voicing the lines, I don’t mind. Be respectful of your fellow vas, obviously! That’s like it I’m pretty flexible tbh CHARACTERS - - - Daisy - POV CHARA - Transmasc, he/him, gay - A white-and-cream tabby with short fur and blue eyes, a little larger than average. Blue collar - Generally with a rather nervous disposition, easily frightened, though very stubborn and with a constant curiosity that cannot be stifled. Amara - Cisfem, she/her, ace - A ginger ticked tabby with medium fluffy fur and yellow eyes, about average, missing a paw. Red collar - Distant, mostly out of the shock of the state of the world, but caring once she warms up to her companions. Webz - NB, they/them, gay - A tuxedo cat with long fur and green eyes, a little smaller than average. Green collar - A little bitter and snappy, though likely due to their current situation. They can often come off as dismissive, which they are, and don’t care for others’ opinions. Cowrie - Demiboy, he/him, bi - A gray cat with low white markings, long fur, and amber eyes, larger than average. Yellow collar - Blissfully ignorant, in the sense that he sees, recognizes, and acknowledges bad things and chooses to ignore them. Raine - Unlabeled, any pronouns, uranic - A white-and-brown cat with short fur and amber eyes, about average. Orange collar - A little sassy, with an underlying melancholy from origins unknown, she chooses not to get close to people apart from relationships that benefit her. LINES - - - DAISY (Fem or masc voice is fine!) (Confused) “Uh, Mara? Could I get some help here?” (Startled) “Who are YOU?” (Hesitant) “No, we… we need to do this. In case something happens.” AMARA (Fem voice pref) (Reluctant) “Sure, what do you need?” (Hesitant) “Are you sure we can trust them?” (Warmly) “Don’t worry, I’ll be fine. I’ll be back soon, trust me.” WEBZ (Fem or masc voice is fine!) (Angry) “This is my place, scram!” (Annoyed) “I’m not participating in your stupid little adventure.” (Dismissive) “I don’t actually care. Just get out of here.” COWRIE (Masc voice pref) (Cheerful) “Well, hey! Been a while since I’ve seen a new face around here.” (Confused) “What, this close? I’ve never seen them this close.” (Dismissive) “They’ll leave eventually, they always do.” RAINE (Fem or masc voice is fine!) (Annoyed) “And you decided to bother us just for that?” (Surprised, but happy) “Oh, there you are! I was getting worried.” (Doubtful) “You really think anyone’s gonna see that…?”
