Okay I said I'd explain it so here goes: Cleowii is Caine's favorite human that has ever been trapped in the digital circus, and since Caine is able to add "temporary modifiers" to every character's mind, he uses that to make Cleowii not go insane and abstract (Cleowii abstracting would also be very bad for him cuz Cleowii's room is pretty much in Caine's office)
