this is like 75% of all the craft's I've done in the past 6 months :) i'm actually feeling less lazy this time so I'll go through them all! 1 - disc clock - i do ultimate frisbee and I made this disc into a clock :) except when it's night it's dark and I can't read it and it could be 12 pm or 5 am, idk </3 2 - macbeth comic assignment for ela - i'm actually super proud of this lol. i spent wayyy too much time storyboarding and drafting and choosing the quotes and coloring... we'll see what my grade is :) 3 and 4 - I got resin stuff! and i'm making dice! I made a third pair that's mostly gold with some blue but haven't taken a picture yet I think my washing machine did some extra polishing to that red d20 ToT. i have to re-ink it :/ 5 - i just started this embroidery today, actually! it's supposed to end up as a moon with flames (so tough, ik). I was surfing the website that starts with pin and has a red logo and ends with interest and just decided to try it! The embroidery wood hoop things I got from my grandma, who also does lots of crafts, but I hadn't used it till now 6 - I did this a while back, and never ended up finishing sewing the edges. We had a painting-totes-to-donate event during lunch, and all the totes were taken so I painted on a cloth scrap instead and they didn't want my cloth scrap to donate </3 ik, the *indignity* of it is crazy yup i've been trying to get good at bees because... 7 - here's my block print I did in art class! yay it was every so slightly offset (as they are apt to do, ifykyk) and all those honeycomb lines are supposed to be white *sob* But like, bees And red liquid and flowers and probably some deeper meaning that I'd have to come up with if I was doing an artist's statement, but I don't, so I can just say that it represents life and bees don't join the hive mind guys you have free will yup 8 - now, *this* is a throwback! Now I wish I had pictures of the stuff I did with actual tattoo markers... anyways this was done on my lovely friend's arm, and based pretty accurately on a card we had, and over the whole day because we had 3/4 of our classes together that day lol ...i'm so sorry for probably giving you sharpie poisoning ...don't sue me plz 9 - lil crochet pumpkin. I think this was made around halloween time? or maybe closer to december idk man I need to do more crocheting ;-; it was such a thing for me and my friends a couple years ago I only have one other friend that does it consistently now 10 - this was super recent! like, finished yesterday recent. it's this big piece of wood that I painted as an ad for our big art-class-wide project I love painting <3 that's me and my mom that are erased there lol 11 - ah, now this was for sure around halloween. I was working on my costume! here you see the work in progress of the Nevermore crest (from the webtoon Nevermore). I was telling about this a while ago lol ~ other stuff I've been doing ~ maybe trying to start a new comic? it's a wip I did so much outfit design for this one oc i have, that's like what i did most of the weekend ... the homework is scary. I like to run away from scary things. yay. another thing for art class was this colored pencil self portrait! twas super fun, but I don't have a picture of it on hand right now and besides, it's a picture of me, so... i don't really feel like showing my face to all of scratch lol I think I want to do some photography? I saw a cat attack a lizard and bring it up to a house (rip lizard, you're my favorite animal), and I thought that it would have been cool to document that, along with some other moments (like, there's two falcons in the trees behind our house and they always sit on this crooked sign to stand guard and they're really pretty ~~) but yeah oh yeah! i was also making a bracelet (I use the bracelet string to embroider lol), and I found the pattern on BraceletBook and it's a guitar! i was tying the knots too tight tho and actually broke like three of my strings :((( lol uhhh what else I paint glass sometimes and seal it with mod podge and i'm working on a ren faire costume cause I wanna go with my friend next year i was trying to crochet a pink dino but I just made a pink sphere instead ;-; if I get 10 likes on this i'll give it eyes, trust yup maybe u read all that, maybe u didn't :/ but thanks for checking this out! ... if yall have any new craft or hobby suggestions...? or just share the ones that you do!
