this is a slightly stripped down version of the XCOM 2562, which runs XASM, this project is meant as a separate project from the XCOM 2562, given that the program loaded is the game, not the XCOM architecture itself, also the right side (which used to show ram and PC and stuff) has been replaced with an overlay, that looks like something that would be on a real XCOM machine if it existed.
