Heyaaaa! Guess who made it through tech week! :’D So if you haven’t seen an old post I made a couple months ago(here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1263280522) talking about how I got into a play my school put on, this is just an update saying thaaaaaat I’M DONE! Performance weekend was this week, and me and all my other cast members poured our hearts out into this show! It was so wonderful to work alongside amazing actors and to put on this play! It was such a fun experience <33333 For the past four months, I’ve been going to rehearsal every Monday for four hours and practicing this play. It has been taking up a lot of my time, but it was so worth it, and I’m excited to do next year’s play! Tech week was really busy, working out mics and stage changes, but it was super fun anyhow. A lot of the cast I don’t normally talk to at school, but I had a lot of good conversations with everyone at least once, and I’ve made many wonderful friends along the way :’) I’m so sad that it’s over now whaaa But on a better note, there’s only two more weeks until my school lets out for the summer! So you should all see some more activity soon, along with some amazing abt chapters ;) Just wanted to update you all and tell you what’s been going on in theatre. This was my first show, and I’m so glad it went well. If there’s any of you who have been thinking about joining a theatre class but aren’t sure, here’s my quote from the show: “If you want to try performing but are still on the fence, I would say to just go for it. Before joining theatre, I wanted to be a part of it, but I was nervous that I would mess up. Theatre has been so much fun, and at least you’ll know if it’s something you like or dislike. It’s better to try and fail than never try at all!” —Ferny ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Art is from me besides the logo Music is from our performance track(it was for bows)
