This is the first show I that I've watched weekly per release in like, years, lol. Most of the time I wait and binge, but not this time. Mostly to avoid spoilers because once I saw Daki in the trailers, and I just wanted to watch because he looked cool. I didn't even watch this for Maul, lol- If that's not based, then I don't know what based is. It is CRAZY just how much TCW animation style has improved over the years, even after TCW ended. I'm still sorta reeling from the season finale, so I can't say much about my biggest thoughts because spoilers. This is show is well-done on many levels, and most if not all the characters are great. Some things weren't entirely surpring, but they still worked just as they needed to. No wonder this show was renewed for a Season 2 before Season 1 even started, lol. What a way to celebrate May the 4th.
