Description part 2: The hand dryers were some older Mitsubishi's from around 1998-2000 but have been replaced with horrendous PHS Airstream Whisper units during the refurbishment - YUCK!!! The HVAC system was a Daikin one from 1999-2000 but it's been replaced during the refurb with an horrid Kotori Minami one! EEEWWWW! This lift also makes Roomba sounds bruh! BTW, all of the lifts in the complex were maintained by Jackson since it re-opened in Nov. 2025, but then, in Dec. 2025, the contract got switched to yet anothe new company known as Cuquin Mapiri Pelusin Tete Lift Services Ltd. This company was founded in Dec. 2025 and is owned by both Lester Controls and TCO Corp. They operate in El Garcia only just like C + P and they do ordinary boring generic lift mods and installations, mostly with Lester Controls, MP or IMEM Ascensores equipment!
