Use e to swap between tools (1 multimeter). Use the multimeter to check for shorted or dead chips and transistors. In order to check, hold the meter up to a circuit and hold the mouse down. If the voltage number at the top stays the same and doesn't move, that circuit is dead. If it goes up to a value around 4.5, it is a good circuit. If the value goes above 5 and is fluctuating, that is a shorted circuit. (2 Tweezers) Click and drag with the tweezers to remove a part. Toss it in the bin to discard of it.
