❀ Wildflower Three-Day Event | Open Show ❀ -- Hello and welcome to Wildflower Acres Equestrian's first show! We are incredibly excited to host this three-day eventing show as well as a bonus In-Hand class on the first day. All entries are free! - Contents - I. Rules II. Classes III. Rider Attire IV. Prizes - I. Rules -- - You may enter a maximum of one horse per class, and may enter a maximum of two horses with each horse being able to be entered in a maximum of two classes. - Show closes 5/19/25 CST. This date may be adjusted if there are many entries or not enough. - All entries are free of charge! - Horses must be a minimum age of 4 to compete and riders must be 18+. - It is required that you have the needed tack for each stage of eventing or class (Dressage, Showjumping, Cross Country, and the In-Hand class) If you do not have some of the required tack you may purchase one set from Wildflower Equestrian Supplies: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1267685071/ for a discount of $5 off, as long as it is for the show. - Updates may be used to gain extra points and up your chance of placing. Each update is worth +1 point and you may make a maximum of three updates. You may use the provided backgrounds for your show day update, they are inside the project. - Entries that do not follow the dress code or use the same thumbnail as this project will not be counted. II. Classes -- This show offers four different classes: - Beginner/Introductory Eventing: 70 cm Showjumping and 70-80 cm Cross Country. - Intermediate Eventing: 80 cm Showjumping and 80-90 cm Cross Country. - Advanced Eventing: 80-90 cm Showjumping and 80-90 cm Cross Country. - In-Hand - A list of entries for each class can be found inside the project. III. Rider Attire -- For the In-Hand class and Showjumping and Dressage phases of the event, riders are required to wear tan or white breeches, a white show shirt, a navy or black show jacket, black tall boots, and a black helmet. For the Cross Country phase you may wear a Cross Country vest and whatever you wish underneath. Saddle pads must be white. Crops are permitted but should not be used for abuse at any time. Spurs are not permitted under any circumstance. For the In-Hand class a halter and lead rope is required. IV. Prizes -- People who place 1-6 will get a rosette, with 1st and 2nd place receiving an additional prize of either a $20 gift card to Wildflower Equestrian Supplies or a custom one-pose horse.
