I HAVE DONE: I am active on this chat and HAVE had experience with leadership before. I'm a recurring manager with experience I also am the sub-owner of my school Google docs chat that is VERY ACTIVE for MORE than half a year and pretty much made the entire structuring and rules for the chat and that gives me hosting experience. I WILL DO: I promise to direct people to backups efficiently and close the chat comments for a reasonable period of time. I will also select managers wisely and remove managers who are harmful, inactive, banned, deleted, or otherwise unable to meaningfully contribute.
