To understand this, you must have some understanding of algebra. I think I put too many animations on it, so I recommend using phosphorus, because it runs slightly slow: http://phosphorus.github.io/app.html?id=131612737&turbo=false&full-screen=true This is just the start of a tutorial I am making, because I know a lot of people who don't understand trigonometry, and it is so useful. I use it in all sorts of things, like my scrolling STAR WARS shooter game, and a 100% pen bow and arrow. At the moment I only have the sine function, but I will add more, like tangent, cosine, arc cosine, etc. This uses my text engine Orbitron, so check that out. I also sort of got some inspiration off @Pulljosh's project, how sine waves actually work: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/69620432/ Although it shows it in a very nice way, I think that explaining sine in more mathematical terms would have also been useful. As well as some examples, so I made this!
