The Turkish government begins implementing its first reforms. They announce 5 new tax brackets, with Bracket 1 being the richest and Bracket 5 being the poorest. Bracket 1 will pay 57%, Bracket 2 will pay 44%, Bracket 3 will pay 31%, Bracket 4 will pay 18%, Bracket 5 will pay 7%. After a year, in 2030, they generate enough revenue to nationalize all hospitals and make healthcare free and universal. Two years later, in 2032, they nationalize all schools, make them free and universal, and change the curriculum. Kindergarten: Playing in the woods, learning to read Arabic, English, and Urdu, learning to count till 100 in Arabic, English, and Urdu, learning history (prophet stories). Grade 1-3: Begin Memorizing Quran (for Muslims, separate religious education classes for Christians, Jews, Hindus etc.), learning to read books and narrate in Arabic, English, and Urdu, learning arithmetic, learning sports, learning history (5000BC to 632 AD), learning science through nature study. Grade 4-7: Memorizing Quran (other religious studies for non-Muslims), learning to write essays in Arabic, English, and Urdu, learning algebra, learning sports, learning history (632 AD to 1299 AD), learning science. Grade 8 & 9 (gender-segregated from this point onwards to reduce distraction and harassment): Memorizing Quran and other religious studies for non-Muslims, perfecting essays in Arabic, English, and Urdu, learning geometry and trigonometry, learning sports, learning history (1299 AD to 1922 AD), learning science. Grade 10-12: Learning Fiqh, Shariah (other religious studies for non-Muslims), Practical Writing (students will be split into 3 groups. One group will run an English newspaper, one an Arabic newspaper, one an Urdu newspaper, and they must deliver it to every student before classes start), Business (Students are divided into 12 teams, and each team runs a chai shop for the other students for a month), learning sports, learning politics (students are divided into 5 teams and each team runs a country), learning history (1922-present), learning calculus (optional), learning physics and chemistry (optional). They also announce 25% tax exemptions for couples under 25 and for couples with more than 3 children.
