I’m gonna make another project with 2-3 designs thats an OTA, but I haven’t done that yet. It’s like a drawing contest, people draw the designs and I pick a winner. ————————————————————————— ::::::::::RULES:::::::::: - all art must be your own - no AI at all AI needs to go away - you don’t need to ask to enter! - please remix this project!! - put your entry in the studios it makes it so much easier- more on studios in the studio section - if you don’t win- no guilt tripping or overcomplaining - don’t be mean guys - no bases or tracing guys - you can change the species all you want (also if your entry is a certain species and you win you can change the species again before you use the design!) - just keep the colors and design recognizable - you can enter for as many characters as many times as you want but please put all pieces in one project-ping me if you update a project - you can only win one ————————————————————————— ::::::::::What I’m looking for:::::::::: - quality >>>> quantity - shading, details, effort, all that makes it better - ANIMATIONS GET BONUS POINTS THEY TAKE SOOO LONG even like a 3.5 sec animation or a 2 sec loop - BACKSTORY!!!! - adding MORE stuff that traces back to lyrics - i will also look for effort put in not necessarily just “who’s the best artist” although good art will influence my decisions - each design will have a specific bonus that applies to ONLY THAT DESIGN (ex. Animations boost your chance of winning for all designs, but drawing Fireflies surrounded by his buggo friends ONLY boosts your chance of winning Fireflies) - just cuz you did a bonus thing doesn’t mean you’re going to beat someone who didn’t do a bonus- I’d take two really good non-bonus pieces over a not as good bonus ————————————————————————— ::::::::::Designs:::::::::: All names are placeholders, none have any gender assigned. I def think of them as specific genders but nothing is cement Fireflies by Owl City - little horn antennae thingys - wings look kinda like sunflower seeds - tail is like a bug skin weird thing ig but anywho it glows - eyes and tail are same color - little white glowy teardrop shapes under eyes BONUS: draw him surrounded by little glowing fireflies/ draw him flying/ animate him blinking Morse code Belong Together by Mark Ambor - iced tea tail “you and me belong together like cold iced tea and warm weather” - one little hoop earring two studs (all gold) - eyes and hat ribbon are same color - blueberries on the hat - butterflies “Blueberries and butterflies, the pretty things that greet my eyes” BONUS: draw him stargazing from underneath the pines/ madly in love with someone/ or incorporate dangit iTS SO GOOD TO BE ALIVE somehow Watermelon Sugar by Harry Styles - seeds on body are random, face ONLY has the teardrops by eyes - eyes and light green of rind are same color - three pink sugar packets tucked behind ear - sugar sprinkled on back and neck - all of their ears are rind - same for tail BONUS: draw her as a watermelon farmer/ on a trampoline jumping “watermelon sugar HIGH”/ add strawberries Unsweetened Lemonade by Amélie Farren - eyes are acid that forms into little lemon slices “my eyes are made of acid” “sobbing citrus tears” - little bow and eyeliner “people think im pretty so ill buy a hotel room” - the way the brown bubbles into the teal is completely random - neck + scruff is gray - lemon slices behind ear BONUS: add a price above her head(go listen to the song)/ her “tongue is sharp with spite/ her watching the stuff she loves decay(GO LISTEN TO THE SONG THEN IT’LL MAKE SENSE) California Gurls by Katy Perry - all pinks except eyes (blue) and inside daisy (yellow) - daisy behind ear - melting popsicle on back - fun fact EVERY COLOR was colorpicked from the cover!
