A possibility, when false, will be in a state of non-evaluation, meaning the possibility will not be able to interact, appear or apply to anything outside of it. When a possibility falls into a VORTEX and eventually becomes true, it will be in a state of evaluation, meaning it will be able to interact, appear or apply to anything within the VORTEX’s world. A possibility could be anything when true, a character a cosmology, a concept, a system, a law of something or literally anything else.
