Click green flag for music. Scroll for text. So I saw the Mario Galaxy movie about a month ago when it came out. Now, there is a lot of online controversy over it and whether it's good. My opinion? IT'S AMAZING!!! While it may not be as good as the first, it is chalk-full of easter eggs and little references in it. (Yes, it is true that Star Fox is in it. So are Pikmin.) While the story isn't as charming, and you need to know the series a bit more in this one to understand, it still is a great time. Saying the story is weak is just untrue. Everyone has something going on, and all the sub-plots make it surprisingly in-depth. The addition of Yoshi, Rosalina, and Bowser Jr. is nice, and the fight scenes are AMAZING! Just watch the opening where Rosalina beats Megaleg's butt. 10/10 soundtrack. While it may not be as good as the first, it is still a great movie and a fun time for Mario fans and families.
