this is an fps counter, which has a small game already coded. WASD to move and hold space to fire bullets. The game is to merely demonstrate the fps counter, you can remove it. and if you don't want the max fps and min fps displayed, you can just remove it then. Oh and yes, if you run the game with turbowarp on higher fps, it uses DeltaTime so it actually runs completely normally.

Originally implemented in my latest "Limbo Keys" but the fps counter was tangled in with the other sprites, so I wanted to see if I could make the whole system in just 1 sprite.
