[BACKGROUND] Sistren is a band hosted by the shared @PUBLIUSent account. I made two mixes of their cover of "The Schuyler Sisters", the original mix and my re-mix (only the re-mix is played in the project, the original mix could be found if you check the backdrops). Once again, this is not the real mix, the real one is, once again, in the project's insides. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Trivia: Trivia about the remix (that you hear): - I only made the remix for the fun of it. - I was going to add more samples, but decided to focus on the song itself. -The intro was intended to convey the message that this was a concert experience while still providing a history lesson. - I was going to make my own new spoken intro telling a fictional backstory of the sisters and how they were "born" to the same father, but I instead decided upon a demo recording of Ember saying a historical quote. Trivia about the cover (that you see): - The blue jacket on the cover is a nod to "blue coats", the fandom name for Sistren. - A dark red splat (representing blood) was going to be on the cover, surrounding the blue coat. I never ended up doing that idea for two reasons: --- Scratch is a place for kids, so that was obviously out of the question. --- If I added the dark red splat, it might come off as blasphemous to Sistren fans. After all, "Blue Coats" was their fandom name. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Credits: For the real mix: - Directors: --- @StentorScratchGirl (Ember) --- @SkyCedar (Sky) - Vocals: --- @junooffline (Juno, playing Angelica) --- @sunny_for_u (Sunrise, playing Eliza) --- @jealous-ofmy-mansion (Koko, playing Peggy) - Producer: @HorseBasin (kanvis.) - Cover Design: @-jerrysbaitshop- (Jerry S.
