Colvan is now asking for the leaders of the attack, and if they aren't given in a 1-year waiting period. Colvan will cut all ties with Volcania and potentially demand reparations for their action of freeing their leaders. We are also now issuing ID for all Colvan citizens with a population number ( for example, if you were the 1 millionth person in Colvan, your population number would be 1 million). This ID will be required for all Colvan citizens to have daily. We also make a law stating that if you catch a nakh, you will get a reward.
