Parcel/GLA1 this guy is OLD (45) Usually solitary person with a bit of a temper. Lives in a lab on the outskirts of somewhere. He is the notably, the only living resident of said lab. (Atleast to his knowledge, he hasn't checked the basement.) The lab belonged to him, he ran experiments on "willing" subjects. (As I'm sending this for APoorlyDrawnOctogon's SSC Objectified thing, I feel required to state that NOTHING he did would result in that sort of infection) He even ran experiments on himself, resulting in the weird "ROT" (stuff in red circles) on him. He has to consume some sort of special thing to prevent his own experiment from having his body literally rot while hes alive. He occasionally exits the lab for general supplies (food, water, stuff like that.) He does NOT very fond of visitors.
