basically, the idea for the episode is that one of the customers pays a penny less, so mr. big (my oc/ their boss) fires miss change because he thinks she stole it because she's right at the cash register. throughout the episode the characters try to get the customer to justice through various ridiculous ways until they finally catch him in a net, and they find it's no other than... sam? it turns out the reason they lost that 1 cent is because sam used his employee discount on some fries. at the end of the episode, miss change gets rehired! (hooray for having a job!)
