Today, the founder of CNN, TBS, TNT, & Cartoon Network. Ted Turner has past away at the age of 87. Without him Cartoon Network wouldn't exist, same with Adult Swim, Boomerang, and not even Boing and other International sister channels wouldn't exist without him. CNN would become a huge impact on the television news industry and wouldn't have revolutionized the way we get our news. Without Cartoon Network or Boomerang I wouldn't be exposed to such shows and classics like Tom & Jerry, Looney Tunes, Popeye, Pink Panther, The Powerpuff Girls, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Codename: Kids Next Door, Camp Lazlo, and more. Rest in Peace Ted Turner, thank you for your impact on TV and thank you for making way for peoples childhoods that watched Cartoon Network & Boomerang.
