Shiftedkit, she-cat, sister of Sunkit, created by @pixelwww34 Plot of this chapter (SPOILERS FOR CHAPTER NINE): The chapter begins with Brightleaf giving Lakeheart's kits apprentice names. She says that Mudpelt is Shiftedpaw's mentor, and Sandclaw thinks that he'll be Sunpaw's mentor, but Brightleaf announces that his mentor will be Ivystorm--which Sandclaw does NOT like. Shiftedpaw's first lesson with Mudpelt begins, but the whole time Shiftedpaw is just rattling off theory after theory. Then Cloudstripe appears, and Mudpelt immediately tells Shiftedpaw that the lesson is over. After they're gone, Shiftedpaw makes a new theory, "those two will end up together." But then Ivystorm comes along looking for Cloudstripe, and Shiftedpaw starts to doubt if her theory will come true. Meanwhile, Sandclaw is venting to Spottedtail about not being chosen as a mentor. Spottedtail says that Brightleaf isn't a very good leader, and says that Sandclaw would do much better. (Dun dun duhhhh!)
