The Dominion rejects several demands, but proposes a compromise. Instead of giving them 5 entire star-ports(which would be all the ones shown here on the map) The Dominion will offer to construct 3 Star-Ports on the Texan side of the Arctic for themselves. Catey will gain Borden and Makenzia islands in exchange for a long-term alliance. And in exchange for complete onership of the islands, the Dominion will pay reparations in raw resources for 15 years.
