i think its complete #$%^& that scratch is asking for "memberships" considering the absolute dumpster fire that the ST is. GWDFI is a huge example of that- it was able to stay up with an INSANE amount of predatory activity and the moderators being (for the most part) REALLY horrible to eachother and just as people in general, and it was a super unsafe place for vulnerable people. also false bans, spammers, projects getting taken down, accounts getting banned all for no real reason. and on top of all that- once you PAY them you get a cool avatar frame which gets your projects more attention- AND your projects have a higher chance to get featured. meaning that people who arent members have a lower chance of their projects getting discovered. overall this is just disgusting and i dont like it.
