I hope this isn’t too hard to upload to YouTube. Soooo, this is a new (well, technically old) oc of mine! He doesn’t have a name yet, but I’m calling him Fennel for now. Basically, in his world, certain individuals are born with superpowers! Those who are get taken in by some weird agency. Most discover their powers around middle school, but he’s been there since he was a baby. He used to be taught by the people at the agency, but eventually they realized “oh no, we’re not qualified to teach! This is hard!” And send him to school. But he still has to do superhero stuff!
