A semi-accurate model of the solar system. ㅤㅤ ㅤ ㅤㅤFullscreen recommended ㅤㅤㅤㅤhttps://turbowarp.org/1317103428 ────────────────────────────────── Message to the ST: Respectfully, please don't feature this project. The costumes are 4K and preloaded at the start, requiring an immense amount of free memory. It wouldn't be great for most Scratchers. This project requires at least ~2.5GB of RAM. Please close other tabs and processes. I'll work on reducing costume sizes soon. This project currently uses 4K costumes for each object, when 1K or 2K is enough. Use your mouse to pan around, and the scroll wheel to zoom (or use the slider on the right). Click on a celestial object's name to travel to it. Please share any suggestions or note any inaccuracies in the comments :) I'm trying to refine this model until it's perfect! Bugs being worked on: 1. Enceladus costume 2. Deimos costume Accuracies: 1. Orbit distances (proportional, average) 2. Orbit durations (in Earth days) 3. Radius of celestial objects (average) Inaccuracies: 1. Time is 20,000x faster. 2. Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune have more moons! I just chose a few to include here. 3. Planet costumes are not in their northern hemisphere, resulting in an odd shadow. 4. The sun is white in true color. This model, Helios, MIGHT be used in a future project with actual gameplay. Follow me if you'd like to see that! - Credits - Music: Retland - Solar Winds https://retland.bandcamp.com
