This is a proposed idea for the next step for the Zepkin Commune. Immediately following the re-addition of PRM / DCU as Supreme Commander of the Zepkin Commune, He shall give the regions and autonomous territories (Such as Surroja) of the Commune limited autonomy, and create a more union-based state. The government will likely not be structured as rigidly as the USSR, but more like the US where all regions have their own governments and limited autonomy. Here's what each individual state can control: - Economy law n' stuff - Individual infrastructure, housing, and industry development - who gets to be the leader of the state - The spending of resources in the state (With some regulations made by the central government) Here's what the central government can control: - All laws - The flags of the SSRs within the Union & The Union himself. - The industry in the state - War waging & Diplomatic stuff All leadership would remain the same.
