He lost his memory, heartbroken, the only thing that would Strongly remind him of his father was the SAB Capsule Corp deluxe jacket, he found Android 17(he called him mister lazuli since 17 didn't want a powerful Saiyan that already had ssj2 to fight him at that after buy time) he trained him until he was 25, sleeved MIR shirt black , showing his evolution, later on in the years ... He learned to control his power and he learned evolution (the same way Vegeta learned SSJG), to move on, Gero was already dead, he didn't need to have revenge, even though the fighter who killed him revived all who were killed by red ribbon but not Gero himself, they were able to recover his memory with the dragon-balls.
